Great, anime which neglects three things. Sadly these are a start, an end and a sensible story in between. As far as I could tell two girls come over from the digital dimension and become busty, super-powerful and stupid. Why stupid? because they decide to live with two loser's, one being a wimpy high school student and the other a complete womanizer who claims to not remember anything after he's had a drink. On the other hand since the most exiting aspects they have are a preference for TV soap opera's from one and moping around in low cut outfits for the other perhaps they are well suited. There is pointless destruction in episode 1 thanks to some even dumber `assassin' programs and some totally pointless `romance' in episode 2, neither of which are worth your time. In addition the animation is fairly average for an OAV, although it still feels wasted on such a pointless story.
