This is the name for a frequently used visual symbol in anime (and some manga). A character who is silently embarassed, amazed or ashamed by the actions of another might suddenly have a large drop of liquid materialize on their heads to symbolize this state. Interestingly this is not restricted to living beings, with even animate stone statues or intelligent robots being seen to `big-sweat'.
