I'm uncertain of the origin, but this word is the opposite of a lolita complex. It is also used in the same way, such as saying that someone has a shouta complex. Thus it is indicative of something outside of normalcy. It refers to a mature woman who is sexually drawn to very young males. I'm not certain what age is considered the `common' shouta target, but I would guess soon before puberty. The most agressive shouta character in anime is in the series "Haunted Junction", and should be fairly easy to spot.
