A piece of lightweight, somewhat illogical, good hardsuit action and fun. The suit in question is a state of the art tankbuster battlesuit which is sufficiently powerful to seriously aggravate the tank driver used in its demonstration. The suit, still fully armed and in semi-auto mode is loaded into a truck and shipped off back to base. In this mode the suit will automatically close and activate when anyone gets in a piloting position, even if they don't know how to operate the thing. Combine this with the tank commander being determined to destroy it and you have a sure recipe for some urban chaos...and be sure that you will get it. Great technical design (although the suit is not amazingly aesthetic) and good animation although the story and plot are simply excuses for action. I believe this was released as 3 OAV's as well as a movie, but I have no idea how much was cut to make the movie.
