A pleasant, amusing, but ultimately vacuous re-intepretation of the whole american `superhero' genre. The conflict is in a very high tech world between a twisted professor and a brilliant scientist as the professor attempts to steal historical relics, such as a space shuttle. The interesting thing is that neither is aware of the others secret role, being friendly rivals. The professor is aided by a team of beautiful women (and why not?) with high tech battle suits and a matter transporter (and seemingly immense wealth). The hero is aided by the fruit of his labors, an impressive battle suit with awesome abilities albeit with a limited duration and a tendency to leave you naked at the end of it. Things become more complex, and a lot more fun, when his sister becomes aware of the suit and decides it both needs a redesign and more style. The animation is clean, crisp and of high quality and some of the design is very nice as is most of the action. The sub-titling is fairly horrible and the series is sold one episode to a tape, a priviledge candy floss material like this doesn't really deserve.
