They call them movies, but long OAV episodes sounds more correct. It has all the characters from the manga, but all the focus is on Katsumi Liquer's attempts to avoid her fated destiny. Since the destiny involves horrific demons playing with her you can sort of understand why she feels that way. The other characters are not developed at all, which is going to confuse those who haven't seen the manga. The animation is good, much better than I expected, but the story is simply too basic and incomplete to rate higher. Of course, since Katsumi (despite being pivotal to the plot) is my least favorite character in this series (I'll take Yuki, Nami or Kitty any day) my opinions may be seriously biased.
